Michael Rogers, Founder
Originally from East Providence, Rhode Island, Michael graduated from The Citadel Military College in Charleston SC and embarked on a 23-year Navy career with mutliple tours in Hawaii in the P-3 aviation community. He fell in love with the islands and has never looked back.
Maria Carl, Co-Founder
Originally from a farm in southwest Missouri, Maria spent 23 years in the Air Force as a public affairs officer around the world ending her career at Hickam AFB, Hawaii. She too loves the islands and is a graduate of the HPU global leadership and sustainable development program.
